Is your order not to your liking?
You can return your order within 14 days.

Was the package delivered in the Netherlands? Then you can return it in the original shipping bag. The return costs are at your own expense. The package can be returned to the address below:

Please note the following when returning:

• Use the original shipping bag in which you received the package.
• Complete the return form in full.
• The item must be unworn and returned in the exact same condition as when it was delivered. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Upon receipt, the item will be inspected. If the return is approved, your purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method you used. This process may take a few days and is processed through Shopify Payments.
• If the item is damaged or otherwise not in the same condition as shipped, only a partial refund can be made. Even if the item is returned later than 14 days, only a partial refund can be made.

BABOUCHE LIFESTYLE is not liable for damage incurred during transport or caused by third parties. Furthermore, BABOUCHE LIFESTYLE cannot be held liable for stock discrepancies or other technical errors on this website.

Return Costs
You are responsible for the return costs.

Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

• The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original order.
• The amount will be refunded within 7 business days via our Shopify Payments payment system.
• If you cancel your order, the refund will be processed after you have received a cancellation confirmation email.
