Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
Which countries do you ship to?
To all countries, only outside the Netherlands, other shipping costs will be charged. You will see this when selecting the country.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands the shipping costs are free, outside the Netherlands shipping costs will be charged.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders placed before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day and delivered within 48 hours.
Orders within the EU are delivered within 2-3 working days.
Orders outside the EU are delivered within 5-10 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when the order is shipped you will automatically receive a track and trace number in your email.
Do I have to pay return costs?
The return costs are for your own account.
Within how many days do I have to return the package?
It must be returned to us within 14 days.

When and how do I get my money back?
You will receive your money back within 1-5 working days via the Mollie payment system.
Please note: the shoes must be returned in their original packaging and shipping bag. The shoes must be undamaged.
Can I still exchange my size or model for another size?
No, if the size does not fit you can return them at your own expense. The money will then be refunded, you can then place a new order with the correct model and size.
